‘Black Panther 2’ Set Photo May Point To Julia Louis-Dreyfus Appearance

A recent set photo from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever might have revealed Julia Louis-Dreyfus’s appearance in the film.

Many Black Panther: Wakanda Forever set photos are starting to hit the web now that the sequel is in production. So far, we’ve seen Riri Williams, Shuri, Okoye, and Martin Freeman’s fresh, new look as Everett Ross.

A few days ago, Karen Kawahara shared a behind-the-scenes picture from the set of an unnamed production on Instagram. She later revealed in the comments that it was for a Marvel project. What makes this all noteworthy is that Kawahara has been a makeup artist for Julia Louis-Dreyfus on several shows in the past, and the image she shared seems to feature the actress in the background. Since Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is filming in Atlanta, Twitter user CreamOrScream believes Lois-Dreyfus’s Valentina Allegra de Fontaine is in the film:

Julia Louis-Dreyfus’s make-up artist posted this to her Instagram account a few days ago & it looks like Val might be showing up in a Marvel production. I’m leaning more towards #BlackPantherWakandaForever as that is in production right now in Atlanta and makes more sense. pic.twitter.com/MnHtr76xJV

Here is the synopsis for the first Black Panther film:

After the death of his father, the king of Wakanda, young T’Challa returns home to the isolated high-tech African nation to succeed to the throne and take his rightful place as king. But when a powerful enemy reappears, T’Challa’s mettle as king – and Black Panther – is tested when he’s drawn into a formidable conflict that puts the fate of Wakanda and the entire world at risk. Faced with treachery and danger, he must release the full power of Black Panther to defeat his foes and secure the safety of his people and their way of life.

Directed by Ryan Coogler, the film stars Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, and Andy Serkis.
