Deborah Ann Woll Shoots Down ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Rumors

Daredevil star Deborah Ann Woll has confirmed that she isn’t in the widely circulated photo that suggested she was returning as Karen Page in Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is set to hit theatres later this December yet we still haven’t seen a lick of footage, nor has it been confirmed if casting rumors regarding the film are true. Widely circulated rumors suggest that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will be returning as their respective Peter Parkers, no doubt thanks to the multiverse, which was recently opened up in Loki. In addition to the two previous Spider-Men zipping into the limelight, rumors also suggest that Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock/Daredevil will be making an appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film as well.

While none of these rumors have been explicitly confirmed, a new photo shot near Sunset Gower Studios in LA seemingly teased Karen Pages’s return. Earlier this week, Kirsten Dunst, who played Mary Jane in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy, was snapped alongside a woman who bore a striking resemblance to Deborah Ann Woll, a.k.a Karen Page from Daredevil. The photo was snapped near the studio where reshoots for Spider-Man: No Way Home are currently underway.

While all signs pointed to that photo being confirmation that Deborah Ann Woll would be returning as Karen Page, the actor quickly shot the rumor down. Responding to a tweet that was circulating the photo of Kirsten Dunst near the No Way Home set, Ann Woll confirmed that it’s not her in the picture.

That’s not me.
