Disney Plus’ newest Marvel Studio series, Loki is already certified fresh on Rotten Tomatoes.
Since the release of WandaVision on Disney Plus, Marvel Studios has been racking up endless praise for its various series on the streaming service. Almost immediately after the series wrapped up, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier was released to similar acclaim. Now it appears that whatever magic was used on the two previous shows has affected Loki as well.
The Loki series follows the alternate version of Tom Hiddleston’s mischievous villain who was introduced in Avengers: Endgame. While Tom Hiddleston has confirmed that he won’t be appearing in Thor: Love and Thunder, he did not rule out future crossovers with his characters’ adoptive brother. If critics are to be believed, however, fans should be satisfied with this version of the God of Mischief for the time being.
Earlier today, Heroic Hollywood released its own review of Loki, where we called it the best Marvel series yet and it appears this opinion is aligned with that of many other critics. The series currently holds a 96% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes from 53 reviews with only four being listed as negative. The series has now been certified fresh by the review aggregator site which many consider to be a major stamp of quality.
