Justice League director Zack Snyder recently revealed which heroes from the Avengers movies are his favorites.
For most fans, Zack Snyder has become synonymous with DC itself because of the years he spent working on bringing Man of Steel, Batman v Superman and Justice League to the big screen in the DC Extended Universe. But that doesn’t mean he can’t like characters from the Marvel side of things, and a recent interview with Wired, the director revealed which of the Avengers heroes are his favorites.
During an interview with Wired where he answered the web’s most searched questions about himself, Zack Snyder answered whether he likes Marvel. And although there’s always been a friendly rivalry between Marvel and DC, the Justice League director explained that he’s been a fan of Marvel Comics for years. He even revealed that Hulk and Iron Man are two of his favorite Avengers characters.
“I do like Marvel, I like Marvel movies and I like Marvel Comics. The Hulk has always been one of my favorites, forever. And Iron Man. The answer is yes, I do like Marvel.”
