During the 2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards, Tom Hiddleston made a remote appearance to present an MTV exclusive sneak peek at his highly-anticipated new Marvel Studios series Loki, which will be available exclusively to stream on Disney Plus. Here, we get yet another exciting look at what a good portion of the Marvel Cinematic Universe fanbase is clamoring for: more Tom Hiddleston unleashing mischief.

The series finds an alternate version of the God of Mischief on some perilous new adventures after he stole the Tesseract during the events of Avengers: Endgame. Loki ends up creating a new timeline after he escapes from the 2012 Battle of New York as seen in the first Avengers film.

In Marvel Studios’ “Loki,” the mercurial villain Loki (Tom Hiddleston) resumes his role as the God of Mischief in a new series that takes place after the events of “Avengers: Endgame.”
Directed by Kate Herron with Michael Waldron serving as head writer, the upcoming series stars Tom Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino, Owen Wilson, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw.
