The Best Spring Dresses From & Other Stories, Zara and Mango

Despite being a reluctant dress-wearer, I can’t deny that the spring dress offering on the high street is looking pretty appealing this year. I think even my fellow dress-ambivalent fashion lovers might just find something that they’re tempted to try this year. While there’s the usual offering of ditzy florals and floaty prairie dresses, I’ve enjoyed the more tailored styles that have come to the fore, which feel a little more refined and so very grown-up.

The classic shirt dress is the perfect example of this, and most of the dresses that have caught my eye this season come with pared-back silhouettes, tailored fits and calf-grazing hemlines. I love how Mango has styled its denim shirtdress over flared jeans for a cool layered look and the way Zara’s linen-blend dress features a chic twist detailing on the bust. I have also found myself drawn to more minidresses this March, as seen in this fab & Other Stories’ pink piece and Mango’s tiered mini, both of which are begging to be worn with cowboy boots and ’70s sunnies.

But of course, if you can’t get enough of the spring dress classics, there’ll still be plenty of options for you, such as & Other Stories’ green collared dress and Mango’s picnic-ready gingham midi. Anyway, it’s time for you to see for yourself the amazing spring dresses on offer right now. Scroll down to shop the best styles to buy from & Other Stories, Zara and Mango.

I’m so into checks this season.

Bring out the vintage vibes with big sunnies and cowboy boots.

A pink minidress for those who don’t usually wear pink.

Expect to see plenty more denim around this year.

Style with boots now and Birkenstocks come summer.

I don’t usually do florals, but this mini may just change my mind.

So into the safari styling of this belted dress.

Yep, the throw-on dress is back for another year.

The simplicity of this mini makes it look so expensive.

This is 100% a picnic-ready spring dress.

One of my fave pieces in the whole edit.

This looks so chic layered over colour-match trousers.

Never thought I’d wear yellow, but this is soft enough to feel approachable.

I can imagine layering this over a white roll-neck and knee-high boots in winter.

Such a beautiful shade of green.

Yes, a thousand times, yes.

This lime green feels very Bottega.

A great all-year-round midi dress.

Give your spring wardrobe a much-needed pop of pink.

I’ll wear this now and long into the summer months.

For a very ’70s spin on 2021 spring style.

So into the retro-inspired print on this collared dress.

Wear this while the weather is still chilly.
