The penultimate episode of WandaVision had a shocking post-credits scene which revealed an incredible new character.
Warning! Major spoilers for WandaVision episode 8 below!
After Kevin Feige revealed WandaVision season two isn’t being planned, fans only have one episode to look forward to. But the most recent chapter took the time to answer a few questions and establish some shocking ideas that will change things up for Wanda Maximoff and the Vision going forward. Aside from teasing that Wanda had dormant abilities before her time with Hydra, it also revealed that she didn’t actually steal Vision’s body from S.W.O.R.D. – and Director Hayward has pushed Project Cataract further into development.
There’s been plenty of speculation about how Vision could return through WandaVision, with many assuming Wanda would find some way of restoring his personality without the Mind Stone. But Director Hayward has already beaten her to it, since he’s managed to reassemble all the pieces of Vision to create a new version of the hero that fans have seen in the 1989 West Coast Avengers comics… White Vision. Presumably, Hayward will use him as a new sentient weapon against Wanda. Who wants to be that Scarlet Witch will try merge her fake version of her Synthezoid husband with his reassembled body in the finale? Take a look at White Vision in WandaVision below.
