WandaVision star Evan Peters takes on the form of Mephisto based on fan speculation ahead of the show’s final three episodes.
The biggest surprise in WandaVision so far is the appearance of Evan Peters, who notably played Quicksilver in Fox’s X-Men films. The odd part is that Peters is also playing Quicksilver in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but that has fans, Wanda, and Darcy wondering why it isn’t Aaron Taylor-Johnson. A popular theory going around is that Peters isn’t actually a Quicksilver from a different universe, instead, he’s Mephisto.
It’s expected that WandaVision will reveal its villain eventually and plenty of signs point towards Mephisto. On Instagram, God of War designer Raf Grassetti recently imagined Evan Peters as the villainous Mephisto for WandaVision. You can check out the incredible art of Peters as Mephisto below!

Marvel Studios’ “WandaVision” blends the style of classic sitcoms with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany)—two super-powered beings living their ideal suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.
Matt Shakman directed the series with Jac Schaeffer as the lead scribe; WandaVision will star Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, Paul Bettany as The Vision, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis, Randall Park as Agent Jimmy Woo, and Kathryn Hahn in an undisclosed role. The President of Marvel Studios has said that the series leads into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
