The latest teaser for Zack Snyder’s Justice League puts the focus on an intimidating version of Darkseid.
With two days to go until a brand new trailer for Zack Snyder’s Justice League arrives online, the director shared a new teaser for the film which puts the Lord of Apokolips in the spotlight. One of the biggest selling points for some fans over the Snyder Cut was the inclusion of characters like Darkseid and Martian Manhunter, so it’s great to finally see the villain be at the forefront of the promotion for the film.
The brief teaser sees Darkseid either on his ship or on Apokolips itself stood with DeSaad and someone on the right who may well be Granny Goodness. If Granny Goodness is around, it would be great to see or hear references to other New Gods characters like Big Barda or Mister Miracle – but maybe that’s just wishful thinking. The footage shows off Darkseid’s impressive armor before moving onto great shots of the team themselves, take a look below.

“In ZACK SNYDER’S JUSTICE LEAGUE, determined to ensure Superman’s (Henry Cavill) ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) aligns forces with Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions. The task proves more difficult than Bruce imagined, as each of the recruits must face the demons of their own pasts to transcend that which has held them back, allowing them to come together, finally forming an unprecedented league of heroes.
