And there we have it, Netflix has now officially confirmed that a brand new Sonic series will be launching on the platform in 2022.
From Sega, Wild Brain (Teletubbies, Degrassi, and Inspector Gadget) and Man of Action (Ben 10, Big Hero 6), the new animated series will be called Sonic Prime. It’ll feature 24 episodes in total and is said to “draw upon the keystones of the brand,” resulting in a “high-octane adventure where the fate of a strange new multiverse rests in gloved hands.”
