“Maybe there’s a new version of Switch that is a bit more powerful…”.
We’ve seen some amazing ports on Switch, the most recent of which is the exceptionally good DOOM Eternal. While we know that Nintendo’s console isn’t as powerful as Sony and Microsoft’s last-gen hardware, it’s clear that in the right hands, it can still host some impressive titles.
However, not every game is destined to come to Switch, and it would seem that Desperados III – which is currently available for PS4, Xbox One and PC – is one of those games. Mimimi Games head of design Moritz Wagner was recently quizzed about the potential of a Switch port, and replied:
