Patty Jenkins Joss Whedon Wonder Woman Justice League Gal GadotGal Gadot recently addressed Joss Whedon’s Justice League reshoots and Ray Fisher’s comments while promoting Wonder Woman 1984.

Justice League still feels like a fresh wound for many who were involved with and saw the DC film, even it was released three years ago. Zack Snyder is finally getting the chance to release his version of the film in a few months for HBO Max after Joss Whedon reshot a majority of the film we saw in theaters. Ray Fisher has been vocal on social media about the experience and Gal Gadot has now commented on the Justice League situation.

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Gal Gadot reflected on her own experience with Joss Whedon and showed her support for Justice League co-star Ray Fisher:

“I’m happy for Ray to go out and speak his truth. I wasn’t there with the guys when they shot with Joss Whedon — I had my own experience with [him], which wasn’t the best one, but I took care of it there and when it happened. I took it to the higher-ups and they took care of it. But I’m happy for Ray to go up and say his truth.”

Here is the official synopsis for Zack Snyder’s Justice League:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, J. K. Simmons, and Ciarán Hinds.

Zack Snyder’s Justice League is set to hit HBO Max in March 2021. Stay tuned to Heroic Hollywood for the latest news regarding the upcoming miniseries and make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
