The Court of Arbitration for Sport mastered Thursday that Russia cannot use its own name, flag, or even anthem at the subsequent two Olympics or at any world championship for a couple of decades.
The Cycling Anti-Doping Foundation (CADF) said on Friday that testing returned to normal before racing resumed last month after it fell sharply during lockdown amid the COVID-19 crisis. "This shows that the CADF out-of-competition testing programme in cycling has returned to normal."
