New Horizons likely to be UK’s second best-seller of 2020.
UK physical chart data is now in for the week ending 12th December, revealing that Animal Crossing: New Horizons is once again Nintendo’s highest-placed title.
As reported by GamesIndustry.biz, New Horizons’ sales have been consistently rising week-on-week for more than a month at this point (this week saw an 8% rise), and it was “close” to overtaking Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War in second place. The report also notes that Nintendo’s popular life-sim will likely end up being the UK’s second best-selling boxed game of 2020, behind FIFA 21.
