9 Affordable Homeware Pieces I’ve Saved on Instagram This Month

More often than not, when it comes to homeware, I find an amazing mirror or chair after an Instagram scroll and then discover it costs more than three months of mortgage payments. Instagram might be a breeding ground for £4k mirrors and eye-wateringly expensive vintage chairs, but I’ve found lots of amazing high-street interiors pieces on there, too. If you’re looking to add some finishing touches to your home, whether you are renting or are in your own house, below, you’ll find some high-street gems that influencers have introduced me to recently.

There’s a beautiful Zara Home wood and glass vase that will make your dining table look like a hotel lobby and an Arket blanket which is becoming just as sought after as any of the brand’s clothes. If you want something with a little more personality, then Etsy is amazing for playful prints for under £10, and you’ll want to see Erica Davies’s cabbage plates. Keep scrolling to see the affordable homeware that I’ve saved on Instagram this month.

Style Notes: Sadly, Jessica’s amazing Zara Home lamp is now sold out, but we love the wooden side table, which is £65 from Wayfair.

Style Notes: This beautiful wooden lamp is from French Connection, and there’s a standing lamp version, too.

Style Notes: Arched mirrors are proving popular this year, and La Redoute has several amazing ones.

Style Notes: Emma Thatcher’s vintage-style bath mat from H&M Home is sadly now sold out, but it’s still our go-to on the high street for towels and bathroom accessories.

Style Notes: Incorporate coffee-table books into your home aesthetic by using them to give extra height to your bedside table. And yes, that is a Chanel hot water bottle.

Style Notes: You can find Erica Davies’s playful print on Etsy for £4.

Style Notes: Cabbage-leaf plates and bowls are seriously popular in 2020, and Arket creates so many beautiful options for under £30.

Style Notes: Speaking of Arket, we have seen this printed blanket as much as the brand’s hugely popular puffer coat this year.

Style Notes: Monikh’s beautiful vase with a wooden stand is from Zara Home.
