‘Tis the season… to get a chicken-themed thriller?
Even the Lifetime station is taking a rest in their regularly scheduled programming of wall-to-wall Christmas flicks for quite a special episode which will have you licking your hands — or scratching your mind. The beautifully manicured community awakened using KFC (yep, you read that right) to make a “mini film ” known as A Recipe for Seduction, a play concerning the KFC mascot Colonel Sanders, performed by none apart from Mario Lopez. (Yep, you read that correct also.)
This mini-movie includes EVERYTHING: a hot Col. Sanders, a secret recipe which will “alter the planet,” that a kidnapping and attempted murder, forbidden love, along with the lineup “Secret’s outside, poultry guy. ”
Lifetime’s site describes the movie like:
“Since the holidays draw near, a young heiress claims with all the affections of a suitor left handed by her own mum. After the handsome chef, Harland Sanders, arrives with his covert fried chicken recipe and a fantasy, he sets into motion a string of events which encircle the mommy’s devious plans. ”

Unsurprisingly, the remarks part had a field day on this sexy mess. Highlights included:
“’Jessica simply needed to liven her own life, but little did she realize she had been about his bucket record’ ”
“Woman: is your drumstick in your own pocket?
“I expect there’s a romantic scene in which the dude states ‘that it ’s finger lickin good’”
“This picture makes me feel SO much better as a individual because I did not consent to emphasise in a {} film about Colonel Sanders. ”

From the “this could also occur ” category, many the others pointed out just the way really 2020 it’s to close the year out with a KFC movie. As an instance:

So… essentially… an extra-long commercial. This branded material may be carrying things a little too much — what is next, we inquire? A horror film starring the Kool-Aid Person? A friend comedy with Flo from Progressive? A rom-com comprising Jake out of State Farm?
Let us be fair though, we will most likely be sitting before the premiere having a bucket of popcorn. Ugh, seems like this advertising is currently working!
