Verizon is fighting to resolve a glitch that’s been leaking clients’ addresses, telephone numbers, account numbers, along with other private information by means of a conversation system which aids prospective readers determine whether Fios services can be found in their own place.

The private details look when folks click a URL to talk using a Verizon agent. After the chat window opens, it automatically still comprises transcripts of discussions which other clients, either potential or present, have experienced. The transcripts contain complete names, addresses, and telephone numbersand account numbers (in case they have an account), along with several other info.
