The Trump government is headquartered in Facebook at a suit of discriminating from U.S. employees in favor of thieves with visas that are special to fulfill over 2,600 high-income jobs.
The Justice Department declared the lawsuit Thursday, alleging the technology giant refused to sponsor, hire or consider qualified and accessible U.S. employees for the places the societal medial giant earmarked for temporary visa holders.
“Facebook intentionally established a hiring method where it refused qualified U.S. employees a reasonable chance to find out about and apply for projects” it rather sought to station into temporary visa holders, the Justice Department stated in a news release.
