Erika Jayne along with her husband Tom Girardi are still a couple of the defendants at a significant new litigation — along with the accusations aren’t pretty.
Girardi is your major defendant at a newly-filed civil lawsuit that alleges others and he embezzled cash from the compensation fund created to cover claims to relatives of victims of the October 2018 Lion Air plane crash in Indonesia. The crash, which included the then-controversial Boeing 737-Max plane, murdered all 189 passengers and crew on board once the airplane inexplicably dropped to the Java Sea only moments after takeoff.
Currently, plaintiff’s law company Edelson PC has registered the new lawsuit against Girardi and many others, accusing them of fraud and embezzlement {} the settlement fund cash for their {} purchases. Not a {} or apparently included with the compensation fund at all.
However, Edelson’s complaint stated that “luxurious ” spending by her and Girardi really are a fundamental reason for the embezzlement at the first position:
“[The alleged embezzlement] happened as a way to keep on financing [Girardi] along with Erika’s luxurious Beverly Hills lifestyles. By all reports, Girardi keeps participating in deception and fraud so as to encourage a boundless spending spree by both himself and Jayne. ”
Yikes… going for your jugular there!
The docs go one step farther, by casting doubt on Jayne and Girardi’s newly declared divorce, and alleging their separation is Just a ruse so as to hide cash:

BTW, the number sought from the suit will be confidential, so no word about which Girardi and Jayne could be on the hook {} they lose. It’s likely not abrupt change, however.

Needless to say, as you’ll remember, {} follows on the heels of Jayne’s {} last month she had been devoting the 81-year-old attorney following over two years of union.
In a statement showing the ending of the connection in early November, the 49-year-old reality TV celebrity shared (under ):
“After all, I have chosen to finish my marriage to Tom Girardi. This isn’t a measure taken lightly or easily. I have great love and admiration for Tom and also for our years along with the lifestyles we assembled together. It’s my complete wish to move by means of this procedure with admiration and with all the solitude that both Tom and that I deserved. I ask others provide us this privacy too. ”
And today, if nothing else, then the litigation will result in an intriguing closing connection to every other since the divorce request operates its way through the courts.
Feels like that ’s not a boring moment in the life span of Actual Dead celebrities, ya understand?!
