MacOS Big Sur launching seems to cause temporary downturn in non-Big Sur Macs

Mac users now began experiencing sudden issues that comprised programs requiring minutes to establish, stuttering and non-responsiveness during macOS, along with other issues. The problems seemed to start near the period when Apple started rolling out the newest model of macOS, Big Sur–it changed users of different models of macOS, such as Catalina and Mojave.

It did not take long for many users to remember the trustd–a macOS procedure in charge of checking Apple’s servers to verify that an program is notarized–was still trying to speak to a host called oscp.apple.com but neglecting. This led in systemwide slowdowns as programs tried to establish, among other items.

Users that started Console and filtered to locate the mistake encountered numerous sequential errors associated with trustd, as pictured below.
