Michael Myers returns once again in a new teaser trailer for Halloween Kills that was shared during this year’s BlumFest.
2018’s Halloween resurrected the iconic horror franchise after Rob Zombie’s two reboots. Blumhouse decided to reboot the Halloween franchise again, but by making a direct sequel to the original John Carpenter film. Michael Myers is now set to return for two more sequels that have already filmed back to back.
During BlumFest, another short teaser for Halloween Kills debuted a little less than a year before the film is set to hit theaters. John Carpenter initially shared the first brief teaser for the upcoming sequel last month when it was announced the film would be delayed a year. The first look revealed by the franchise creator teased what occurred after the events of the previous film. The latest teaser showcases far more footage such as the first look at Michael Myers’ inevitable return along with more characters from the original 1978 film:

It’s been 40 years since Laurie Strode survived a vicious attack from crazed killer Michael Myers on Halloween night.
