Gotham Knights and Batman: Arkham Origins developer Warner Bros. Montreal is now speculated to be working on a Superman video game due to a recent job listing.
After years of speculation from fans on the projects Warner Bros. Montreal and Rocksteady were developing, DC FanDome finally revealed both of their next games with Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. One of the most prominent rumors before the big announcements was that Rocksteady was working on a Superman game, but as it turns out, Warner Bros. Montreal were the ones developing a game for the Man of Steel in some capacity based on the concept art that has surfaced.
We know Warner Bros. Montreal is working on another AAA game and a recent job listing seems to indicate that it could be centered on Superman. The Arkham Channel found that Warner Bros. Montreal’s job listings reveal the studio is working on a “third-person open-world action game” that involves a new “IP, AAA title.” If the studio was working on a Superman project, this could be it. However, even if it was a Superman game, chances are it won’t be revealed for a while.
