To promote the upcoming Pokémon Sword and Shield DLC, Nintendo’s battle royale game Tetris 99 will be hosting a special pocket monster-themed event from 16th – 19th October.

Next weekend’s 17th MAXIMUS CUP event will give players the chance to earn an in-game theme that brings back the Pokémon spirit to the Tetris 99 game on the Nintendo Switch™ family of systems.
