TikTok is going to probably be gone from program shops tomorrow unless a national judge acts to obstruct the Trump government’s ban on the program before midnight.
Judge Carl Nichols of the US District Court for DC said now {} decide whether to reject or grant TikTok’s petition for an injunction about the ban prior to the deadline strikes at the stroke of 12.
At a hearing {} Nichols gave the government until Friday day either to postpone or shield the ban. The government decided to submit an answer protecting the ban but failed under seal, therefore the filings aren’t readily available to the general public.
