Famous R&B group Earth, Wind & Fire have been hosting a “21st of September” celebration on Monday night (Sept. 21) in honour of the iconic 1978 struck “September,” that was remixed by DJ Eric Kupper. The tune, which, needless to say, opens with this point, “Can you remember the 21st night of September,” will probably be in the middle of what the group promises is a “global celebration” hosted by DJ Spinna and comprising a few special guests.
“September” appeared at No. 8 to the Billboard Hot 100 at February 1979. EW&F were inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000; singer Maurice White died on Feb. 4, 2016, at age 74. The team stalled their planned joint venture with Santana before this season because of this COVID-19 pandemic.
The party starts at 7 p.m. ET; RSVP to join in online about the ring ’s {} .
