Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the best-selling game on Nintendo Switch, and for good reason – it’s rather excellent. You’re almost guaranteed to have a fantastic time playing with your trusty Pro Controller (or Joy-Con if you’re the unlucky one who gets left out), but we’re here to tell you that there’s an even better way.
Reddit user snk50 has shared a work-in-progress setup for a home Mario Kart 8 cabinet, and it looks amazing. The wheel is Hori’s ‘Nintendo Switch Mario Kart Racing Wheel Pro Deluxe‘, a product specially designed to be used with Mario Kart that comes with pedals and even an ‘Item’ button that can be used to fling shells at your opponents.
