‘Smallville’ Alum Allison Mack Sentenced To 3 Years For NXIVM Role

Smallville actress Allison Mack was sentenced to three years in prison on Wednesday for her role in the NXIVM sex cult.

Allison Mack was first arrested in 2018 with other members of the NXIVM cult, including leader Keith Raniere. The Smallville alum was later found guilty of federal sex trafficking and forced labor charges in 2019. On Wednesday, Mack faced a federal court in Brooklyn and was sentenced to three years in prison for her active role in the NXIVM sex cult over the years. Mack was also fined $20,000 and issued 1,000 hours of community service during the hearing.

On September 29, Allison Mack will surrender herself to the authorities with her attornies, requesting she serves her sentence at a West Coast federal prison. In the meantime, she will be out on bail in home confinement. During her appearance in court on Wednesday, the Smallville actress issued an apology in front of the judge by saying the following:

“I made choices I will forever regret…from the deepest part of my heart and soul, I am sorry.”
