A new image sees John Krasinski suit up as Reed Richards A.K.A. Mr. Fantastic for Jon Watts’ Fantastic Four movie.
Ever since Disney acquired the Fox rights and brought Marvel’s First Family home where they belong, fans have constantly debated as to who would make the perfect stars to play the likes of Reed Richards and Sue Storm in the inevitable Fantastic Four movie. And now that we know Spider-Man: Far From Home director Jon Watts will bring Fantastic Four into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the fan-casts have started once again.
And of course, there’s only one name that has consistently been thrown out into the cosmos for Reed Richards; John Krasinski. The star of Amazon’s Jack Ryan and The Office definitely looks like he’d fit right in with the rest of the MCU for Jon Watts’ film. He’s even commented on the possibility of playing Reed Richards in live-action before. A new fan-design from ‘saarukan.psd’ on Instagram sees John Krasinski don the classic blue and black Fantastic Four costume in a laboratory, and its easy to picture him swapping scientific theories with other heroes like Black Panther and Bruce Banner.
