Star Trek: Discovery began out as a prequel to the first show, place approximately 10 years earlier Captain Kirk and his team took on the USS Enterprise and boldly went where no man had gone ahead. But we are currently in uncharted territory using ST: Disco S3, that divides the boat and her team over 900 years to the future. That introduced a considerable inventive struggle to remain true to the ethos of this franchise when reimagining its potential –a struggle facing not only the authors, but show prop master Mario Moreira and science advisor Erin MacDonald too.

So she’s Spock’s eldest sister. Since I have written previously, the S2 season-long arc included the mysterious looks of a”Red Angel” along with also a rogue Starfleet AI known as Control which sought to wash out all sentient existence in the world.
