The first layout for Nikola’s flagship truck has been bought by creator Trevor Milton by a designer at Croatia, based on two people who have knowledge of the problem, despite firm claims within an 2018 lawsuit which the automobile was originally made by Mr. Milton”in his cellar. .
The truck, the Nikola One, is in the middle of a $2 billion suit together with Tesla, where Nikola insists its rival infringed on its patents. Nikola asserts in that litigation that Mr. Milton started designing the version from 2013, together along with other business employees later working with it.
At a rebuttal to the suit filed last week, Tesla declared that Nikola couldn’t shield the designs since they didn’t arise in the firm itself, however from Adriano Mudria designer located in Croatia.
